I hate Tuesday Mondays.  It messes up my whole week.  I went to workout this morning thinking I should do my whole workout but it is Tuesday and I only do cardio on Tuesday and Thursday.  Then I about forgot this is senior day at the local grocery store so I had to go there after my cardio.  I thought about going to Sam’s this morning because I haven’t made it there yet, but it was very foggy out and I knew the interstate would be busy from the holiday traffic returning home.

So here I am sitting at my computer with another headache.  It has gotten very cloudy outside and looks like rain which we don’t need.  My bones can very accurately predict changes in the weather and they are telling me it is going to rain.

After reading Ramblings blog this morning I called the health department to find out when the flu clinic is.  It is September 21st .  I have a dental appt that morning so I will head over to get my shot after I get my teeth cleaned.  Thanks Carole for reminding us all.

I made a quick run to the library to return 2 books.  I still have 2 more here at home to read.  I don’t feel like reading now because of my headache so I think I will just go lay down for awhile.  I hope you all have a good week.
