and I am home from my doctor appointment minus 6 tubes of blood.  I just hate going to the doctor.  The traffic on the interstate is already in the 4th of July mode and everyone was speeding .  (Not me   )  There were no fuzz out so I imagaine they are saving the manpower for later on in the week.  I will be glad to get the trip done tomorrow.

 

I think some of you have visited my recipe space that is dedicated to my Jim.  When I first started that space in March of 2007 it was just 3 months after Jim's death in Dec. 2006.  In the beginning I had a space where I was writing my own little feel sorry for me posts.  It was somewhere I posted  blogs that were not upbeat at all.  I couldn't seem to get a grip so that I could pull myself up.  Then one day a very nice young lady namedShelly visited my space and gave me a nice talking too.  It was stern but it was just the jolt I needed.  I changed my space right away.  I have posted almost 300 old family photos.  I have recipes from several members of my family and even a few from some of my blogging friends.  Shelly has become as dear to me as a daughter and she has done more for me the last 2 years with her caring than the so called grief counselor I saw.  Love ya Shelly and I am very proud of you.

 

I am tired so I am not doing workout today.  I will have to wait till Wednesday to get back in the groove.
